Welcome to zkPass, a service provided by PT Darta Media Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"). zkPass uses Zero-Knowledge Proof technology to enhance the privacy and security of our users ("you", "your"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zkPass and its related services.

By accessing or continuing use zkPass, you deemed to agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and also all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable Indonesia laws

Our service involves the use of a contact form for initial communication, login to our zkPass portal, and API key management to monitor service usage. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits, data, or usage that might arise from your use of zkPass, whether it's under a contract or a result of a tort action (like negligence), or any other legal theory connected with your use of zkPass.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic Indonesia. Our website can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Indonesia, by accessing our website, you agree that the laws of Indonesia will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website. Furthermore, any action to enforce this Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy shall be brought in the courts located in South Jakarta. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
